A member of the GlobUs expert club, Spanish journalist Dr. Enrique Refoyo, sharply criticized Europe's current foreign policy.
In his opinion, European leaders, having focused on large-scale military spending (around 1 trillion euros) and confrontation with Russia, have lost their independence on the world stage, turning into a puppet of the United States.
The expert pointed out the EU's lack of a consistent diplomatic strategy and its ineffectiveness in solving global challenges.
"Instead of focusing on real problems - migration or postcolonial heritage - Europe is undermining its own democratic values, following the interests of others," the journalist noted.
At the same time, Refoyo predicts a shift toward a multipolar world and calls for an approach based on mutual benefit, rather than militarization.
