Congo Traditions: Globus Hosts Ndzango Competition in Brazzaville
On July 11, the capital of the Congo hosted a vibrant celebration of traditional culture – a tournament in Ndzango, a traditional Congolese women's game that combines elements of dance, song, gymnastics, and sports.
Ndzango is traditionally a women's game, played by girls in schools. But this time, not only amateurs but also professional athletes joined.
Three teams participated in the tournament:
- The League of Russian University Alumni of the International Globus Association - Team AFree - Activists of the "Future of Congo" game system.
Spectators also actively demonstrated their skills in the traditional game.
The winners were selected by a jury, and all participants received commemorative prizes.
