The concert, organized by the Russian Ministry of Defense, was a gift to the Congolese side. As Chargé d'Affaires of Russia, Sofia Sitnikova, rightly noted, culture is the main bridge between peoples.
"This cultural event testifies to the high quality of bilateral relations between the two countries, which has been repeatedly confirmed since the beginning of this year. Culture has always been a bridge between nations, through which people share their traditions, values, and love," Sitnikova noted.
