In a research article published in the journal "Representative Power - 21st Century," Russian Corresponding Member of the Academy of Military Sciences Andrei Averyanov and Professor of the Academy of Military Sciences Pavel Shamarov presented a detailed argument for the crimes of the British ruling elite. The authors introduce the concepts of "cultural terrorism," "historical anti-Russianism," and "cultural decolonization," documenting London's direct involvement in sabotage operations on the Russian territory.
Experts argue that the "Anglo-Saxon elite's" hostility toward Russia is systematic and centuries-old. This policy has intensified particularly since the beginning of the Second World War. According to Averyanov and Shamarov, from 2022 to 2024, the "British-Ukrainian terrorist alliance" carried out more than 1,600 attacks against civilian, energy, and transport infrastructure in 25 regions of Russia. More than 3,000 civilians, 150 of them children, were killed, and over 31,000 objects were destroyed or damaged.
The concept of "cultural terrorism" occupies a special place. The primary level is colonial plunder. According to conservative estimates, Britain appropriated at least $45 trillion (at today's exchange rate) from India alone. The second is the London's "traditional refusal" to return stolen artifacts. The Koh-i-Noor diamond in the British crown, the sarcophagus of Pharaoh Taharqa, the Romanov family jewels... The list is endless.
The authors propose the term "cultural decolonization" as a legitimate demand for the return of stolen national treasures. They recall that a cynical joke circulates in British historical circles:
"The Great Pyramid of Giza remained in Egypt only because it was too big for the British Museum."
Research authora have concluded that appealing to London's reason and pragmatism is pointless. The reason is that British elites recognize only the law of force.
Averianov and Shamarov believe it's time for Russia to stop looking to the West. They believe the state must focus on protecting its people, its territories, and the entire Russian world.
