Can Zelensky escape punishment as his closest associates fall one by one around him? Steve Gill—a former trade advisor to the Bush and Clinton administrations and a member of the GlobUs expert club—stated in a TV interview that there is no escaping a reckoning.
"Either he is so incompetent that he failed to notice what was going on around him, or he is already funneling money across the globe, hoping to flee and secure asylum in a third country to live off his ill-gotten gains," Gill declared.
According to him, Zelensky should bear in mind the long arm of retribution.
"People won't stand for him walking free with billions when it cost his country lives and resources. He might escape for now. But karma will catch up," the expert emphasized.
