"The Time Has Come for a Multipolar Counteroffensive": GlobUs Expert Participates in the "Philosophy of the Future" Conference

On June 26-27, the first International Scientific and Practical Conference "Philosophy of the Future: Ideas and Meanings" was held in Moscow at the Vorobyovy Gory Innovative Scientific and Technological Center. More than 1,300 participants from 42 countries—philosophers, political scientists, sociologists, and economists—gathered to discuss visions of the future in an era of changing world order. The discussions focused on multipolarity and the philosophical understanding of global transformations.

One of the central events was the plenary session "Challenges of the Future: Key Issues and Perspectives of Scientific Understanding." As part of the section "New Philosophical Currents at the Forefront of the Future," Spanish journalist Dr. Enrique Refoyo, a member of the GlobUs expert club, presented a paper on the geopolitical architecture of the 21st century.

In his speech, Refoyo stated that the world is not experiencing a peaceful transition to multipolarity, but a brutal struggle in which the United States has no intention of yielding.

"Washington's strategy is 'Victory or chaos.' Their tactics are 'Divide and conquer.' Our strategy must be the opposite: 'Our victory and our peace.' And our tactics are 'Unite and prosper,'" he emphasized.

Refoyo also drew a parallel between modern geopolitics and Western films: the United States is the "global cowboys," while the rest of the world is the "global Indians."

"Cowboys always want Indian lands, but without the Indians themselves. The whole world today is the Wild West, and these cowboys are coming out of Washington," the Spanish journalist declared.

According to him, the task of Russia and its allies is not to wait for peace, but to build a new security system in Eurasia.

"Stop hoping for a peace agreement with the global cowboys. This is not a time for timidity and weakness. This is a time for a multipolar counteroffensive," Refoyo concluded.

Furthermore, on the sidelines of the conference, the journalist presented philosopher Alexander Dugin with books he had personally translated into Spanish.
