Unity with Nature: GlobUs Plants Trees on Arbor Day

The GlobUs association planted one hundred trees in Brazzaville in honor of Arbor Day. The event is held annually under the auspices of President Denis Sassou-Nguesso. Prime Minister Anatole Colline Makosso, Senate President Pierre Ngolo, and other members of the country's leadership also joined the tree planting.

GlobUs founder Andrey Gromov noted the importance of the event and its profound symbolism:

"Arbor Day is a significant date. This day represents our unity with nature, of which we are a part. Sometimes we forget this, but it's important to remember that our connection is unbreakable."

The association plans to create a large park in the Congo with tens of thousands of fruit trees, so that local residents can enjoy the fruits and relax there.

"Our association strives to help ordinary people—the Congolese. We want everyone to have the opportunity to enjoy Congolese fruits, rather than having to import them from abroad," Gromov added.

GlobUs supports the Republic of Congo's aspirations to improve its quality of life, as stated by President Denis Sassou Nguesso.

Furthermore, on the sidelines of the event, Andrei Gromov held meetings with the Minister of Sanitation and representatives of public organizations. The parties discussed the creation of a fruit tree park and other initiatives, after which agreements were reached on further cooperation. GlobUs expressed its readiness to support projects in the areas of recreation and health improvement.
